Discover the
Arthurian Legends

Your journey will begin in Dublin as we board a ferry that will take us across the Irish sea to northwestern Wales. From there, we head to southern Wales where we'll discover the Welsh Arthurian Legends.

Understated sites in southern Wales are believed to be the true birth place of Merlin, and the Arthurian Legends.

Here, we'll dive deep into the legend of Merlin and the red and white dragons.

Connect with the Legends of Myddfai

One of our first visits is to the small, rural town of Myddfai . Local folklore tell the story of a succession of "physicians and herbalists that lived in this small town, beginning in the 13th century.

Their expertise and healing capabilities far surpassed other "medical institutions" and the physicians of Myddfai were called upon from far away.

The legends reveal that the herbalists and physicians of Myddfai began with one physician whose mother was was a faerie being from the mountain lake Llyn y Fan Fach. Before returning to the lake forever, she gifted her son with the faerie remedies made from the mountain plants.

Today, this sleepy village of only 415 people is encountering its own personal revival brought on by the dedication of a group of women living in Myddfai.

Our visit will entail meeting with one, or perhaps several of the women who are reviving this unique little village and her history.

What You'll Receive

10-Day Mystical Journey

An immersion in nature, sacred landscape and sites that have held spiritual significance through out time.

Course Curriculum

Before our journey begins, you'll learn about the Welsh Goddesses and discover their specific messages just for you. While in Wales, we'll meet with both the Welsh Druid Order and the herbalists of Myddfai. While in Snowdonia, we'll gather to create our own spirit doll, and no doubt will be influenced by the magic of the Welsh land.

Grail Teachings

We'll dive into the Arthurian Legends as Wales is believed to be the true land of Arthur, Merlin and the mythical land of Avalon.

Live Calls

I'll offer a pre-journey, live call and meditation to prepare you for the initiatory aspect of this journey. All calls are recorded for later listening.

Private WhatsApp Group

You'll be invited into our private WhatsApp group where I'll periodically share news, messages and gorgeous photos.

I find the ancient sites that remain veiled are the most powerful to experience. So much in Wales has remained in the shadows, and yet it subtly calls and stirs something very deep.

The Faerie Glen

Faerie glens are notoriously steeped in magic. With stones covered in moss, flowing water, and trees  often rooted to cliff edges, it's like a translucent web of faerie intelligence  - a portal where you find yourself standing in the Otherworld.

Communicating with the faeries and hearing their messages loud and clear is effortlessly experienced in such magical places as Wale's Faerie Glen in Snowdonia.

As we wander through this magical landscape, we'll claim our stewardship of earth and beseech Faerie support and invaluable insight.

Eryri

1.png

Eryi is Wale's National Park in the breathtaking lands of Snowdonia. Countless trails that lead you to some of the most exquisite scenery.

It's a landscape steeped in mythology and folklore. From legends of dragons and giants to stories of magical fairies and mystical lakes, the landscape has inspired countless tales over centuries.

As we wander through some of the more magical places and villages that are all part of Eryi, we'll feel the aliveness of the Forest Witch who beckons us to return to our rootedness as stewards of the earth, and for some of us, our own personal lineage steeped in the earth wisdom and magic that is the very fabric of the old Welsh lands.

Aside from exploring the woodlands and scenic vistas, we'll also wander the streets of the charming villages consisting of old stone taverns and quaint shops unique to this area.

The Melin Tregwynt Woolen Mill

An old white-washed mill that has been in operation since the 18th century. Family owned by the Griffiths since the early 1900's, they continue to weave using traditional Welsh patterns.

Hand-carved Lovespoons - a Welsh Tradition

Hand-carved, wooden spoons of various designs is an old tradition in Wales that mark special occasions, or serve as a talisman.

We'll be visiting a family owned craft shop where they've made Lovespoons for years.

Welsh Cakes

Welsh cakes, also known as bakestones, are a traditional sweet bread and a well-loved, traditional food. Perfect with a cup of tea and dollop of cream.

Walking in what is believed to be some of the oldest footprints, we are anchored to both ourselves, the land, and the ancient Mother Goddess. Here we discover the incredible joy and safety in surrendering ourselves to the mother of the land.

Angelsey, Home of the Druids

Anglesey was once known as Mam Cymru, Mother of Wales, and has had a long, and intriguing history with the Druids.

The Druid Order of Anglesey is believed to be the ancient center of British Druidry, and from archeologists' findings, they lived on Anglesey as early as 300BC.

During our time exploring northern Wales in the Snowdonia region, we'll also spend a day on Anglesey visiting ancient sites that have been long-associated with the Druid people.

Today there is a very active Druid Order living on Anglesey and continuing the traditions and teachings of the old ways.

I've already reached out to them to arrange a talk  and time to share their wisdom.

Entering the Womb

There are several sites on the small isle of Anglesey that predate the Druids by a few thousand years. However these sites were and still are actively used by Druids.

One such place that I visited years ago, is Bryn Celli Ddu. It's name means, 'the mound in the dark grove' and is a very ancient burial chamber.

Although, mainstream culture continues to refer to the chambers as "burial chambers", if you've ever been inside one, you know it was never used for burials. At sunrise of the summer solstice, the sun's rays penetrate the very back of the chamber - a very sacred union between the sun and the womb of mother earth.

Your Initiaton

There is something stirring deep within the earth in regards to this sacred journey to Wales. While we'll learn about the five Welsh Goddesses, we'll also lean into the guidance of the Forest Witch.

Perhaps she is Cerridwen or Elen of the Ways, or perhaps a lesser known primal goddess ready to be revealed, regardless, she heralds a time when our rootedness is necessary. And she calls us to reclaim our ancient earth wisdom and gifts that are anchored in our spiritual lineage.

Even as I write this, I can feel her presence woven into the trees, the rocks and the lakes in Wales.

Is she here to offer us her forest remedies?

Or to reawaken a long-forgotten earth wisdom?

As we wander through the Faerie Glen, we'll leave our offerings to her and open ourselves up to receive in

her messages.

While in Snowdonia, we'll return to our rural lodging from our days out wandering the magical Welsh landscape and gather together to create our spirit dolls. An ancient craft where your personal medicine is often revealed. And for us, no doubt influenced by the faerie beings of Wales.
