Be sure to check the expiration date on your passport. Most countries require an expiration date of more than 6 months past your travel dates.

Cancellation Policy: PLEASE READ THIS SECTION
Please note that cancellations must be received in writing. Your deposit of $800 is non-refundable. Cancellations received anytime on or after December 31, 2027 results in a loss of 50% of the total trip cost. Any cancellations received on or after January 31, 2027 and the final day of the retreat, will result in a 100% loss of the total trip cost.
If at any point during your trip you decide you want to change from double occupancy to single occupancy, you are responsible for any extra costs incurred. Single occupancy may not be available due to the quaint B&B's where we most often stay.
Trista Haggerty reserves the right to cancel the trip in the event that we do not meet the retreat minimum. In the event the retreat is cancelled by me, all money paid will be fully refunded.
Given the current situation of an uncertain world, we highly recommend travel insurance in case of any last minute changes on your end, or natural disasters of any kind that would prevent you from traveling. While Sacred Mountain Tours will attempt to offer refunds in the case of a natural disaster, very often, the reserved venues in foreign countries are not able to provide refunds. Therefor, travel insurance is highly recommended.
