Complete our registration form and choose your accommodation and payment method.

You will receive a confirmation email along with a link to our Private Group Portal.

Be sure to check the expiration date on your passport. Most countries require an expiration date of more than 6 months past your travel dates.

Look over our Private Group Portal website page and mark your three payment dates on your calendar.

The credit card you use when registering will be automatically charged according to the payment schedule.

If you haven't already purchased your plane ticket, I recommend you do so. (Airport, arrival and departure info. is on our private group portal page.)

Your final payment is due on February 1st, 2026.

Cancellation Policy: PLEASE READ THIS SECTION
Please note that cancellations must be received in writing. Your deposit of $800 is non-refundable. Cancellations received anytime on or after December 10th, 2025 results in a loss of 50% of the total trip cost. Any cancellations received on or after February 10th, 2026 and the final day of the retreat, will result in a 100% loss of the total trip cost.

If at any point during your trip you decide you want to change from double occupancy to single occupancy, you are responsible for any extra costs incurred. Single occupancy may not be available due to the quaint B&B's where we most often stay.

Trista Haggerty reserves the right to cancel the trip in the event that we do not meet the retreat minimum. In the event the retreat is cancelled by me, all money paid will be fully refunded.

Given the current situation of an uncertain world, we highly recommend travel insurance in case of any last minute changes on your end, or natural disasters of any kind that would prevent you from traveling. While Sacred Mountain Tours will attempt to offer refunds as much as possible, very often, the reserved venues in foreign countries are not able to refund us. Therefor, we can not guarantee refunds in the event of a natural disaster.
