Complete our registration form and submit your $800 non-refundable deposit to hold your spot!
You will receive a confirmation email along with our Egypt Tour brochure with day to day itinerary and other pertinent information.
Be sure to check the expiration date on your passport. Egypt requires an expiration date of more than 6 months past your travel dates.
Your final payment of $1,850.00 is due on January 1, 2023.
If you took advantage of our early bird special in August, your $500 discount will be applied to your final payment.
Be sure to read over our recommended packing list carefully so you don't forget anything.

Cancellation Policy: PLEASE READ THIS SECTION
Please note that cancellations must be received in writing. Your deposit of $800 is non-refundable. Cancellations received anytime on or after January 1st, 2023 results in a loss of 50% of the total trip cost. Any cancellations received after February 15th, 2023, will result in a 100% loss of the total trip cost.
If at any point during your trip you decide you want to change from double occupancy to single occupancy, you are responsible for any extra costs incurred.
Trista Haggerty reserves the right to cancel the trip in the event that we do not meet the retreat minimum. In the event the retreat is cancelled by me, all money paid will be fully refunded.
We highly recommend travel insurance in case of any last minute changes on your end, or natural disasters of any kind that would prevent you from traveling. While Sacred Mountain Tours will attempt to offer refunds as much as possible, very often, the reserved venues in foreign countries are not able to refund us. Therefor, we can not guarantee refunds in the event of a natural disaster.
